This forum is provided as a possibility for exchanging of ideas regarding a creation of a new racing trimaran class of total length 23 feet. We would like to form new class rules and define the measurement formulas and especially: eg. weight of the yacht, max. area of sails and foils, min. crew compartment, necessary equipment and a possibility of yacht re-setting after a capsize.

Trimarans of this class shall enable starting in regattas like:

- for a 2 men crew - across Atlantic,
- for a 2-3 men crew - coastal and bay events,
- for a 3 men crew - short distance races on trapezes.

You are kindly requested to present on this forum your remarks and proposals of initial fore-designs and schemes.

Basing on such a discussion on forum we will try to publish in September an initial concept of the class rules.
